Versatile
- HPC's water-based acrylic stucco coatings can be field-applied directly to block, brick, flat metal panels and corrugated siding - as well as existing stucco. A stucco finish that is uniform in colour and texture.
- Existing walls can be sheathed with our Magne-Board*, prior to receiving the stucco finish - giving your building exterior the up-dated, modern beauty of stucco!
- Our coating can be factory-applied to composite wall panels and other external wall systems for field installation in new and renovation projects.
- Available in a wide range of textures from fine to heavy stucco, HPC stucco coatings can be made to match your colour specifications - any colour, not just pastels! Even metallic and pearl finish top coats are available. Multiple colours can be applied side-by-side.
Durable
- HPC stucco coatings are tough enough to resist bumps, knocks, and scrapes - ideal for those high traffic areas, susceptible to damage.
- Where stains and/or graffiti is a concern, our anti-graffiti and/or Wash-Cote, used as a top coat, will produce a stucco that is easily cleaned.
- Our colours are infused throughout the entire coating and texture - not just sitting on the surface - and therefore carry a warranty against fading for up to 10 years.
Magne-Board*:
A unique and versatile construction board, naturally superior to other materials based on gypsum, wood or cement. It is not adversely affected by salt, chlorine bleach or ammonia - a common problem for other construction materials - and is not damaged by wetting and drying or freezing and thawing.
Chemically stable, Magne-Board is non-toxic and non-hazardous, does not attract mould or mildew and is resistant to termites, rodents and other organisms.
Stucco coatings can be applied directly to Magne-Board - a perfect cladding solution.
