Electrostatic Painting System
The Hy-Power electrostatic painting system is an efficient paint and coatings application process which offers a wide range of finishes, colours and textures as well as custom coatings.
For in-plant work, Hy-Power's automated electrostatic paint line is used to apply a factory grade finish onto metals and other substrates such as PVC, various types of plastics allowing for efficient turnaround times and response to critical time requirements.
Conventional paint application only covers the surface directlunder a brush, roller or directly in front of a regular spray paint gun.
An electrostatically applied finish literally wraps itself around the target to ensure an evenly applied finish.
A Hy-Power coating eliminates the unevenness of high and low spots that typically result from conventional spray paint or brush painting. Over the long term, this is the best value solution.
